Assistant or Associate Professor in Educational Leadership

A&M-Texarkana is the fastest growing university in the A&M System and state.

Our EdD program focuses on systematic inquiry, evidence-based leadership, and organizational improvement across educational contexts, including K–12 and higher education. The program is delivered fully online, with required synchronous engagement on designated evenings. Faculty teach doctoral-level courses, mentor doctoral students, and support dissertation committees.

We are interested in candidates who bring strong preparation in doctoral teaching, applied research, and leadership practice, and who are committed to mentoring scholar-practitioners working to address contemporary issues and problems of practice in education. The position is tenure-track with a 3/3 teaching load, and faculty are expected to maintain an active research agenda consistent with university tenure and promotion guidelines.
